After spending many weeks, and at times several years, being let down by other security businesses, it was refreshing to find Brian Ward Security Services. Their very professional dedication and cost saving strategies for upgrading our old systems, whilst also being mindful of reducing waste where possible by maintaining perfectly good infrastructure, was very impressive.

Instantly I knew that Brian’s depth of knowledge and his clever strategies would thoroughly tailor upgrades meeting customer requirements and exceed our expectations. Brian knew how to pair modern interfaces, swap out old/expired elements and implement new, such as new circuit boards, sirens, strobes and smoke detectors. He also added an industry standard, and very comprehensive, ultra-high definition CCTV dome moveable camera for each of our sites. Brian configured both sites to be remotely monitored and fully controllable via just one app shared across our smart phones.

Not only has Brian’s expertise resulted in huge annual savings for our security requirements, his estimates for doing both jobs fell below others we received elsewhere for completing one site alone. Since completion, I am also reassured by the fact that Brian is always available and his sons are carrying on his brilliant work of Protecting People and Property, something they have already been doing for over 24 Years.

When he arrived to update my Alarm with full details of how to use the system to best suit our situation, Brian was extremely thorough over and above to make sure not only that he had done his job but that we understood the workings of the system

Once the system was set he then updated all the sensors and overhauled everything

Brian Ward Recently fitted both a CCTV system and an alarm system in our home. The reason I had the systems installed was due to the number of strange people that seem to be roaming around our neighbourhood, with several vehicle break-ins advised. We were most concerned as we were planning a big trip overseas and wanted the peace and security of knowing we would be able to monitor what was happening on our property whilst we were away. The systems were installed with very short notice and only days from when we were to depart. The work was completed in a timely and caring manner and with our supplied passwords for our convenience. A few days into the holiday in Prague early in the morning (just before 4am local time) we were woken by my phone, as the alarm had been tripped. I brought up the history on the app and saw the alarm had been tripped by my daughter entering the house, whilst de-activating the alarm, (a small oops!) and then correcting the enter code to turn the alarm off. Of course, I had the CCTV, so I thought let’s confirm it was my daughter, so using a different app I logged in, checked the cameras and confirmed that in fact it was her and all was fine. All this was done from the other side of the world, and I can honestly say the system truly did its job. On return we contacted Brian and discussed what had happened and had a good laugh. The system had proven itself. We would like to thank Brian Ward for installing the security system, the timely way it was installed and the ongoing peace of mind that we have. We recently experienced problems with our home security system which was triggering multiple false alarms. At our request a service call was made by Brian who confirmed the actual system to be working correctly. The real problem however was the type of sensor installed some 15 years ago. Brian spent considerable time patiently guiding us through the option available & after several discussions we asked him to register us with a monitoring security service and replace the existing sensors. Thanks to Brian's effort we are at last confident our alarm will only activate should an intruder enter the premises. having eliminated "false alarms' we no longer upset our neighbours & our stress levels have eased! We cannot speak highly enough of Brian's ethics, knowledge and professionalism all of which we consider invaluable. Some three years ago we decided to have a house built in Old Reynella, my husband and I contacted Brian Ward security for a quote. When your pensioners you have to be careful who you allow on to your premises. Brian did an excellent job. He liaised with the construction team on site and did a pre-wire when the house wooden frame had been erected. We got the builders permission to go on site at a mutual convenient time. Even though my husband and I were in Melbourne on that day, Brian did an excellent job and when completed even contacted us by mobile phone to confirm all had gone to plan. When we got the keys to the property some five months later, he finished off the installation efficiently without any problems. On a personal note we found him to be very polite, trustworthy, we would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone for security. We found him helpful, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Since the installation we have had two visits from him. The after service has been excellent, we have had a sensor moved for our convenience. The problem with a faulty sensor was quickly and very efficiently resolved. We consider his company as the best for reliable after service.
